Research supports telehealth as effective for many concerns, including anxiety and trauma. Many clients also appreciate the comfort and convenience of meeting from a private space.

What do I need for a session?

A reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a private space where you can speak freely. Headphones are optional but helpful for privacy.
